Our mission is to provide tools and a process that helps businesses, ministries or individuals acheive their God given vision (dreams).
Vision
Our Vision is to expand this ministry to help as many organizations and people achieve their God given visions. This will be done by making training videos, seminars, classes and other resources available at minimal cost.

Rod had a long career in business, working at a Fortune 500 company for 35 years. During that time he supervised many different groups. Some of his accomplishments included starting the company’s laser program, getting his Weld Engineering group certified and becoming a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. He also developed a welding certific
Rod had a long career in business, working at a Fortune 500 company for 35 years. During that time he supervised many different groups. Some of his accomplishments included starting the company’s laser program, getting his Weld Engineering group certified and becoming a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. He also developed a welding certification program for suppliers.
Since his retirement, Rod has been working in ministry holding various leadership positions, such as Lay Leader, Strategic Planning Coordinator, and Discipleship Leader. Rod loves teaching and has taught and created many classes.
Rod obtained both Certified and Licensed Minister certificates from Berean School of the Bible. He is very active in missions, having made many trips to the Amazon and to Jamaica, He is currently serving on two mission boards.
He is also serving God as a chaplain with his wife, Christie, and their dog, Annie, who is a therapy dog for Canines for Christ.
